What's the deal with nWo/DX?

First of all, this angle would blow. You don't take things that used to be great and try to re-live them. NOTHING can be recreated, and a feud between these washed up stables would be a borefest. The nWo is buried, they had their glory days, let them live forever in the WWE tape collection. As much as the new DX is over, it's nothing new to me. Eight years ago, dick and fart jokes were funny to me. Not so much anymore.

Hogan can't go full time anymore. Nash is still funny, but Hall is a trainwreck. So, you might have one entertaining person for the nWo but still not one good worker amongst the three.

Just like the "horrible, useless, never would get over (and according to some still aren't over)" DX 2006, I think that a NWO/DX feud would be great.

I don't wasnt to recreate the two teams per se, but rather two new teams with the same attitudes as the old ones. Hall, Nash, and hogan versus Xpac and current DX WOULD suck, but if Bisch led a bunch of new stars against DX, then that'd be cool.

My last rant is applicable to this topic too...

Seriously, I don't see the appeal of trying to feud DX and the nWo. Vince already brought back the original nWo to the WWE. It was cool for about two months tops. That was about five years ago. The original nWo first got together ten years ago. Last time I saw Hall, he didn't look to be in working shape, plus his gray hair and wrinkles are really agiing him. Nash looks okay and still can be funny, but he can't really do much in the ring, except for maybe comedy matches with midgets. Hogan just came back, has two bad hips, and can barely go in the ring.

Billy Gunn and Road Dogg are under contract to TNA and have ranted too much on Triple H. X-Pac apparently is still on good terms with WWE and HHH/HBK. I guess they could add him to DX, but remember how the WWE fans have treated him the last two times he was in the WWE. That's where the term "X-Pac heat" came from.

This feud would have been awesome in 1998, but it's not the Attitude Era any more and the Monday Night Wars ended years ago.
