Well there we go: PlayStation Plus is Sony's optional subscription service.
At least they're not abandoning the free service.

Sony's 3D TV requires that you wear special glasses, luckily they're available for just £90 on top of the £2,130 for the TV. I hope the 3DS isn't region-locked. Yeah, I think it's pointless to be making such a big deal of PS3 3-D right now. I read somewhere recently that 3-D TV's are going to represent 0.5-1% of all TV's in the US by the end of the year. That's there target market right now, like 10,000 people

Gabe Newell saying positive things about the PS3? What is this world coming to?
Hm, Final Fantasy XIV. Meh.

Gabe kinda ate crow. This may be the biggest part of E3 so far. Plus he said it will connect with Steam and Steamcloud. That has so much potential.
Oh, and EA with those exclusive deluxe editions... Yeah I will take that to time map pack exclusives.
Sony is freaking serious this year.

I watched the whole thing for inFamous 2, and then the video lags for the entire trailer, and I see the last three seconds. It was awesome.

I liked Twisted Metal, but that was kinda blah to end it with.

Good conference from Sony. Of the big three, I'll go: 1. Nintendo 2. Sony 3. Microsoft

Sony wasn't trying to beat Nintendo today. They were trying to beat Microsoft, and they not only beat Microsoft, they BROKE Microsoft today. Most likely better price for the Move, WAY more games for Move this year than Kinect, and exclusive limited editions for Medal of Honor and Dead Space 2, both of which give you a full additional game, as well as exclusive content for Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, and then the biggest bomb, PORTAL 2 ON THE PS3!

Gotta give Nintendo the win this year, pretty much everything the showed was awesome. Sony had a great showing too, followed by Microsoft.
Although, props to all 3 because they've all sold me on there major showing (Move, Kinect, 3DS).
