Seems to be a new trend that I've been seeing more and more of at local pizza stops and even on some frozen ones in the store.
I must say I rather enjoy it.

The place I'd go in Michigan had been doing this for years. I'm glad it is a more widespread thing. It is a good once-in-awhile change of pace.

I love it man. So, so good. I like to make pizzas like White Sauce, Spinach, Chicken. Or White Sauce, green peppers, onions, olives and either one other veggie or chicken or beef. It's good, good stuff.
I hate washing off the white sauce buckets at work though, they are really sticky and they don't clean as easy as the traditional sauce.

Yeah, in the town I grew up in there is a pizza joint that has been serving white sauce forever. I go back a couple times a year, it's a nice little nostalgia trip. Hella tasty too.

Ah yes Mushrooms. I use those a lot too on my pizzas, just forgot to mention them. Sounds like a good pizza you got going.

This all sounds so wrong. The only substitute I accept is BBQ sauce.

White pizza has been here in NY for decades.
Tomato sauce is the only sauce I will have.

Two of my three kids refuse to eat tomato sauce of any kind. Not on pizza. Not on spaghetti. Hell, they won't even eat ketchup. The only way to get them to eat pizza is by getting one with white sauce.

I can't stand white sauce at all really. The closest I'll get is country gravy and occassionally Tuna Helper Creamy Broccoli.

White sauce pizza is, quite factually, the bomb.
I'm not sure how widespread Casey's General Store is (gas station, for those not in the loop -- it's a midwest thing, I believe), but they just came out with a Mac and Cheese pizza that's ridiculously more good than it should be.
