You've heard from one side of the argument, now it's time to hear the other. What twist in a movie made your jaw dropped on how well they did it. Spoilers are apparent. My two favorites...first is The Prestige. The whole freakin' thing is one big twist. It took me a bit going in to have the movie fully grip me, but that ending...holy crap. It's too hard to explain it. The second will be tagged. It's from The Departed. {Spoiler}Don't you watch it and hope to somebody up above that when that elevator door opens, Leo doesn't get shot in the head? The final 15 minutes of that is what makes that movie a modern-day masterpiece.

I really liked the twist in The Book of Eli. Pretty surprising but it made sense.

Well the most obvious one has to be from The Usual Suspects
The police capture Kevin Spacey who they think is a gimp who was involved with a job with few survivors, that was set up by mysterious mob boss Keyser Soze. Than at the end they let him go as they had nothing on him but than they realize he was in fact Keyser Soze.
Totally never saw it coming and such an awesome ending.

Saw. It completely f***ed my mind over so hard. That was brilliant. Such a great mind f***. Also, gotta agree with The Departed. The ending was crazy, and I never saw it coming. "I Am Your Father" gets big points. Fight Club

I really liked the twist in The Book of Eli. Pretty surprising but it made sense. It's true. Much like Denzel's character, I never saw it coming *rimshot*

This is one of my favorites. it is hilarious that M. Night Shyamalan got the twist ending idea from an episode of "Are You Afraid Of The Dark". Just goes to show how good of a kids TV show that was.

Arlington Road {Spoiler}The Terrorists win and pin the blame on Jeff Bridges Batman Begins {Spoiler}Liam Neeson is Ra's Al Ghul Batman Begins wasn't a twist if you actually read the comics/watched any of the cartoons with the character in them. It was pretty obvious to fans of Batman from the moment he first showed up on the screen. Hell, I was like, "Oh damn, shit just got real....and it hasn't even been 5 minutes, yet."

I like the twist at the end of Employee of the Month. (Not the Dane Cook movie) It's cool how they tie the end in with the start.

I don't know if it could be considered a twist ending, but I'd have to mention Se7en. {Spoiler}I never in my wildest dreams thought that Gwyneth Paltrow's charcater would end up with her head in a box and that Kevin Spacey would give himself up just so his and Brad Pitt's characters would complete the final two murders.

I loved the ending. One of the better horror movie endings of all time. My personal favorite movie twist of all time was the end of Wizards. {Spoiler} The wizard Avatar that is all about Nature and Magic is fighting Blackthorn(?) the Wizard of Technology... and he just whips out a gun and kills him. AWESOME

Lucky Number Slevin's ending was a good twist. Didn't expect it at all. {Spoiler}It all makes sense once it shows the end bit, especially since Gyllenhall's assumed name, Kelevra is Hebrew for Bad Dog opposite Mr GoodKat. Just a really good film in general.
