That sounds way cooler than Superman Returns. Although the city shinking story is sort of lame and I don't know that would translate onto film, but still interesting. If they'd do Braniac in a movie I'd prefer a modified version of him that was in the animated tv show, in my opinion he was the best robotic villain ever and was very intimidating.
