I was just thinking about this whilst watching Taker/Angle/Rock from Vengeance '02. People don't give this match enough credit and it's one of the only times WWE got a Triple Threat match right. It was fast paced, constantly moving and the finish was almost too good. Angle vs. Rey as well from Summerslam '02 is almost never spoken about yet it was one of the best Rey matches ever and along with Rey/Tajiri from the first Smackdown of '04, one of my favourite Rey Mysterio matches of all time. So what matches do you think deserve to be creditied as good or even great? This is your chance to speak out about it

There was this handicap match between Undertaker and Bigshow/Brock lesnar .Paul Heyman was the G.M and I remember vaguely what the stipulation was but it was changed form a normal match to a No disq match to the stipulation that Taker had to pin both men or something like that,I felt the match was booked awsomely well.

But I have it on record and on tape waiting to be transferred on DVD.

Yes, Shelton Benjamin's match vs. RVD from Backlash '06 was really, really great. Also I thought Ric Flair vs. Undertaker from WM 18 was a bit underhyped, or at least kinda overlooked. That's definatly an overlooked match, I'll agree with that. I marked when Arn hit the spinebuster on Taker

It was fast paced, constantly moving and the finish was almost too good. Yeah, I was there live at the Joe Louis Arena for that one, and it was indeed an awesome match. It also marked the last time 'Taker held the world championship. I didn't like the end result with The Rock winning the belt for about a month, then losing it to Lesnar, but the match was excellent nonetheless. Heh heh, you know, Magneto, I was thinking about your sig, when I first read the topic for this thread. Yes, Shelton Benjamin's match vs. RVD from Backlash '06 was really, really great. Crowd was really into RVD and then Shelton does a counter Ricky Steamboat-like armdrag and the crowd popped for him but then the RVD fans immediately chanted "Mama's Boy" as he stopped and acknowledged them. I also loved the techincal work on RVD's back and the counterwrestlig that he displayed to every RVD trademark. Just a nice all around match that was the ONLY reason worth watching Backlash this year.
