My crime? Letting some dude's girl (who I didn't even know nor am I interested in) get close to me while this metal band played while the boyfriend of this woman just stood next to me and watched it, until he grabbed me and pulled out the crowded area. THEN he starts pointing at me and tells me to shut up. (as I was trying to ask why he did that) Then I just left, now I'm back home safe and sound.

You got home safe and with no bruises. That's what is important. I'm always looking over my shoulder in any bar and watching for the rowdy people. I stay away from them.
The things that happen in any bar in the world sometimes can make it a hostile environment. Sometimes you have that one guy thats drunk and wants to fight everybody, you have people paranoid that anyone is near their significant other, sometimes you have the drinker that won't leave, you have fights.
You throw a bunch a different people in one room and then throw in alcohol and **** might happen.

Something like this happened to me once. Me and a few buddies were at a club watching a metal band perform. I noticed a girl sitting alone and I being the gentleman that I am invite her to join us, she does. After the bands set is over the singer jumps off the stage and practically runs over to our table and grabs the girl and starts yelling at her. Of course, this pisses me off even though I have already drawn the conclusion that the singer was her boyfriend. So I push the guy and he gets in my face. Long story short, the girl dragged the singer away before it could escalate. Lesson learned don't be nice to chicks sitting alone at metal shows.
