Not even close, but eh, harmless hyperbole.

The one that contains the Earth. All the respect in the world for the guy for being far and away the face of the company for the last few years, but it's not close in terms of star power matching him up against pretty much the two top draws in history.

Any Wrestlemania without Austin, Rock or Hogan will always seem slightly less important just because nobody else brings the same kind of star power as those 3 do.
Having said that I think this has been the best build to Wrestlemania since at least 21 and maybe even longer than that. I am often very critical of the WWE but honestly the card looks very good and I think they have done a great job of hyping up the main events.
Especially when you compare it to the mess that we had last year for Wrestlemania 25, this years has been fun and interesting and I expect a great show.

Biggest in history? Are they insane? How about Rock vs. Hogan, Triple H vs. Jericho, Taker vs. Flair and Hall vs. Austin all on one card?

Cena vs Batista- Two biggest stars since 2005. Cena has beaten them all exept Batista. Perfect Storyline Edge vs Jericho- Edge returning from injury and trying to win back the WHC from Jericho Bret vs Vince- 13 years in the making Taker vs HBK- Streak vs Career These 4 matches alone make it the biggest card atleast since WM17 Indeed.

They should bill it as either of the following:
"The Most Recent Card in Wrestlemania history!"
"It's the ONLY Wrestlemania of 2010!"

more like the worst. this threatens to make 9, 22, and 25 look watchable. Really? the worst? I answered yes because there is not one match on this carde I don't want to see. Even Wrestlemania 17 which IMO is the best wrestling show ever had that redundant six man tag. Fair enough if you don't like it but how is it possibly the worst?

The build has been pretty well done, and the top 2 or 3 matches could all be terrific if done right.
Wouldnt call it the biggest, but on paper it has *potential* to be among the best.

24's card was pretty freaking stacked as well.
Orton vs Cena vs Triple H - The first triple threat between these guys, Cena had just come back from injury, Orton was red hot with the Age of Orton storyline, and Trips had his problems with Orton.
Big Show vs Floyd Mayweather - The mainstream match, Mayweather's a big draw on ppv, and it was Show's return match on ppv.
HBK vs Flair - Flair's "last" match.
Taker vs Edge - This match had been built up for damn near an entire year, and it was the first one on one match between these two.
And that's not counting Money in the Bank and JBL vs Finlay which came about thanks to the Vince's son angle.

I haven't been this excited for a WrestleMania since XIX..which is still my favorite of all time.
I expect great things from this show. I really hope I'm not positioning myself to be let down.

It's big, much bigger than 25 was. Considering my interest in WWE is waning, to say that I'm genuinely VERY interested (to the point where I'm thinking about actually purchasing the PPV, which I almost never do) is quite an accomplishment.
But it's NOT the biggest, not even close.

more like the worst. this threatens to make 9, 22, and 25 look watchable. I think that's a bit much. It won't be anywhere near the best but I'm feeling good about mania 26 over the ones you named. 25 is still fresh in my mind if nothing else, and the mania 26 card instantly looks better than that one to me.

This coming from someone who has a Impact picture on their page? Ummmm what does that have to do with anything? Some people like both companies y'know Anway, I don't think it's THE best, but it's easily (on paper at least) one of the best in recent years. The buildup to the feuds has been great, especially with the way they were able to get Batista over as a believeable heel in such a short amount of time.

The biggest? I wouldn't say so. However, it is stacked and i'm very excited for Sunday.

MIGHT. bathroombreak-quality tag match and triple threat. the only thing i would even be remotely interested in is bret vs. vince, and i can't bring myself to watch that. "leave the memories alone," indeed.

Wait, no Diva's match is a BAD thing? Which women have you been watching?
Anyways, on paper this could be one of the top few WMs, but it's not being wrestled on paper, so we'll have to see.
Might as well throw a John Cena comment in here, the British show Top Gear was testing cars in europe, and went through this tiny almost Borat looking town in Romania(I know, wrong country, but that was the feel of it), on the dirt built up on their cars, a kid wrote 'John Cena'. He might not be a big mainstream US guy, but when you have kids in the arse end of eastern europe who know who you are, you've got to be a little famous, it is WORLD Wreslting Entertainment after all.

I don't know for sure, but besides the haters out there, who have every right to their opinion. I think the two matches: HBK vs. Taker 2 - the biggest stars of the 90's, who kept the WWE alive on their back against WCW, made this pay per view one of the biggest of all time. The drama, and the excitement of this match is comparable to any feud in the WWE's long history. If this match does not end up being the biggest match of this generation of the WWE, I will be very surprised.
Bret "the Hitman" Hart Returns. Those words are enough to turn the ratings around for the WWE from a slump. At WrestleMania 26, The last match of the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be, will be a moment the wrestling world will stand in awe of. Because regardless of knowing the outcome, Bret's comeback match has my heart racing in excitement. If you can't feel it, then I don't know what to tell except please go back and watch this man's career!

"leave the memories alone," indeed. The vast majority find Taker/HBK awesome but different strokes I guess. No divas match is an excellent thing. The overloaded MITB i'll give you that but I'll wait and see how they play it out. I like Sheamus and can bare Triple H when he's not main eventing. Heel Batista is freakin awesome and both guys have done a great job building the match. Actually a lot of people think the feud is so one-sided that Jericho will retain the title. Punk/Rey is almost guaranteed to be great. How else are midcarders gonna get over? It may be a bathroom break to you but theres no point putting on Manias with main eventers exclusively participating. Plus it's a hell of a lot better undercard than most other Manias. So yeah it is just opinion but based on your opinions of these matches you surely can't have enjoyed many other Manias either.
