RF video is now re-releasing the old episodes from ECW Hardcore TV. These are the same episodes that they were airing on WWE 24/7.

I might possibly be the only person happy with my shipping from them. I used to live up the interstate from them and usually got it within a week.

I'm not sure how RF has the rights to these old shows unless he produced them himself. The WWE legal office might be sending him a C+D with the quickness.

My best guess is that RF had a business arrangement with ECW to distribute their shows on video before they were bought out by WWE and somehow it still stands. Otherwise, it seems like WWE would've sued the pants off him by now.

I actually have a few of these RF Video ECW shows. They are direct rips from the VHS on burned CDs and the packaging looks like it was made on MS Word. My favorite is Return of the Funker, mainly because of the rather humorous mis-edit where the scene from Star Trek III where Sarek appears and reads into Kirk shows up, increasing the DVD length by about 5 minutes.

off topic: how is rf video with shipping/customer service, etc? Excellent. I said I was 14 and my parents were on vacation. Had the videos personally delivered 5 minutes after I ordered them. |
