From the visual side, wrestling is always evolving ? First we he the curtain with smoke, then a video screen, then flashing lights, then pyro, then a titan tron. What will be the next graphical advancement ? I think between the next 5 to ten years, they will get rid of the apron. Instead you will have a video screen around the ring. They would never need to chance banners in between shows. They can also had ads on in while matches are going on.

I don't know about the staging, but I have noticed that the amount of pyro/bollyhoo has increased significantly every year and at the rate we are going; they'll drop the equivalent of an a-bomb in the arena.  |

It seems like each year, they build more elaborate staging for WrestleMania. I think it would look cooler if they just downplayed all the special effects for one year, and make the entrance way look like Wrestle Mania III, with people on 4 sides.

I'm just really sick of everybody getting pyro. That should be saved for Wrestlemania and some ppvs. There was a time the only guys getting pyro were HBK and Bret Hart. Now the entire card gets it.
Everybody doesn't need pyro. At this point Jimmy Wang Yang might as well have 20 minute long pyro.

I especially hate run-in pyro. Does Bastita need video, flashing light, and signature pyro before saving the day in the ring.
