Not sure if this was already reported somewhere on here but... According to Pwinsider.com, WWE released former tag team champion Lance Cade yesterday. Cade was brought back to the company in October of 2009, was in developmental for a while, but never brought back to the main roster. Cade can be reached for independent bookings at LanceCade@gmail.com.

*sigh of relief*
Good.
Didn't want him to get called up again.
Wouldn't have a problem with him being signed on in FCW as a trainer or something, but there are plenty of men who deserve a spot on the roster more than him.

I wonder if they'd been planning to do something with him and HBK, and gave up when it became clear there wouldn't be time for an angle before Michaels' retirement.

Johnny Ace probably mistaked him for Lance Storm.

TNA calls him in 3...2...1... If they had no interest in signing Kenny Dykstra, what makes you think they'd bother with someone who sucks even worse? Oh, damn, I forgot about Orlando Jordan. You win.

Oh I get it, he's the new Marty Jannetty! Nah. Jannetty was actually part of a semi-successful tag team.

Isn't that the 3rd time he's been released from the company?

Breaking News! This just in: wckkobain.net is reporting that the reason Lance Cade was released was due to an argument with Tyler Reks about Tyler's fear of Lance getting on a flight that was scheduled to depart a few days before Lance's release.
We'll have more on this breaking news story as we get the information.
