You know, considering when ever a face gets beat by a heel by a dirty tactic, why doesn't he tell the ref to look at the footage?
Or if something happens between to friends/partners/wrester&valet (like a heel comes in, hits wrestler, takes off but it makes it look like the wrestler's buddy did the deed), why doesn't the blamed wrestler just show the footage to the other to explain what happened?

Well, I can answer the first one!
Not all sports allow the use of replays to aid in decision making, of course, even when it could potentially be a good idea. WWF Magazine also published an article about this in 1993 (I think it was the same edition in which they TOTALLY buried Hogan after he left at King of the Ring), totally kayfabe of course, detailing all the problems with such tactics and what to do about it, including replay footage and two referees (one at ringside). I think they said the "WWF referee's union" or something quashed these innovative ideas in the end.
As for the second one... wrestling is dumb.

The only instant replay reversed call was HHH vs Duke The Dumpster at the Free For All before Royal Rumble 96. Gorrila Monsoon OKed it and Duke got the 30 spot and Hunter got 1

WrestleMania VII, I believe it was, explains why it isn't used.
The Bushwhackers, along with George Steinbrenner and Paul Maguire debated this hotly contested topic, with the honorable Vince McMahon mediating the entire thing.
