As we all know, Raw will be at Madison Square Garden this week, and as we also know all too well, New York crowds are the smartest and most vocal out there (ECW fans aside). So the question of the day, or at least this very minute, is what should we expect? What controversial angle or backstage incident has there been lately that the crowd could definitely come down on? We need more moments like Brock Lesnar at WM XX or the Lita during the Matt Hardy fiasco.

I say we might get some "BORING!!" chants during the HHH/Vince match, and if HHH turns on HBK and joins Vince, as has been bandied about, then you can expect THUNDEROUS boos, and maybe even some garbage thrown at the ring.

The six-man match could get ugly. Cena, Jeff Hardy, and Orton in the same ring? There could be boos and "You Can't Wrestle" chants a'plenty from the smarks.

the ny crowd should be fun to watch. As could be seen with ECW, they make a boring show worth watching.

Why is that? I find it really funny. It's not something that the announcers can really play off. All I know is that if I PAID MONEY to see a show that I thought sucked, the last thing I'd try to do is tell some people who are watching at home (for free) to go watch something else. That's just me though. And I think RAW will be good tomorrow. |

"CHANGE THE CHANNEL" is still probably the greatest chant I've ever heard. "Marijuana" at RVD after his possession arrest is a close second.

I can't wait to find out. So far all the Raw's I have attended have been mostly mark crowds. I'm expecting Cena to be booed out of the building, unless he "sucks" up to the crowd beforehand by saying how New Yorkers are "da hardest out" for showing the world how strong they are after 9/11  |

"Change the Channel" is a great chant. I hope it spreads to other fans and arenas.
Hopefully we'll get a "You Both Suck" chant during the Triple H vs. Vince match.

I just felt they were being pregnant dogy from what was up until that point a pretty damn good show. And the match wasn't near as bad as it could have been. Not to mention they pretty took a preverbial crap on the whole thing. Big Show at that point was (and I think still is) one of the hardest workers in the company, and they just crapped on what they went out there to do. Batista didn't choose to be there, Show didn't choose to be there. I don't know, it just didn't feel like your typical fun ECW crowd that gets into everything. Felt like it was the Impact Zone. Plus what i said above. But that's just me though. Different strokes I guess. |
