Hulk Hogan in the theatrical version of Gremlins 2 where he is standing there yelling at them and everything as though he's actually in the theatre while they're supposedly wrecking the camera room.

Hulk Hogan got his first big national exposure because of his small but noticable role in Rocky III, which led to Hulk thinking he could be in movies, which led to such cinematic masterpieces as Mr. Nanny, Secret Agent Club and Santa With Muscles.

I dunno, can Tom "Tiny" Lister actually be considered a wrestler? I mean did his career even last a year all together?

I would have to say Nathan Jones as Hercules O'Brien from Jet Li's Fearless. The guy had some pretty good fight scenes in Fearless and in the The Protector. Maybe he needed to work with Asians in the WWE in stead of the Undertaker.
But I really voted for Andre. He was perfect for that role. He was kind of funny in the movie something I hardly ever remeber him being in the WWF.
I also thought the Great Khali wasen't bad in Get Smart. He's Indian, maybe he could become a Bollywood Action star.

Terry Funk in Road House. The line of "What if somebody calls my mama a whore?" is something that needs to be a more quotable movie phrase.

You forgot George "The Animal" Steele in Ed Wood (my vote) and HHH in Blade: Trinity.

The Funker in Road House. His delivery of calling Sam Elliot's character "dad" is hilarious for a multitude of reasons.

Nah the best goes to Kerry Von Erich in "Problem Child". He plays a dude in prison and has this really stupid look on his face.

This conversation begins and ends with Big Show in The Water Boy.

There may have been better roles, but I loved King Kong Bundy in the Richard Pryor film "Moving".
He played the "big guy" with a group of scammers who damn near broke everything.
When Richard goes ape-crap at the end and kicks everyone's ass...that was the classic Bundy moment that followed.
Gorgo (Bundy): "Where would you like this lamp, Mrs. Pear?" Mrs. Pear: "Oh, just set it on the end table." Gorgo: "That's a wonderful place for it, if you don't mind me saying."
The man should have been a full-time actor. He has comedic timing with a dead-pan "dry" sense of humor. His appearance on Married With Children (one of Peg's cousins) is the end all for wrestler hilarity.

I don't consider Andres' role in Princess Bride to be "small." In fact, I'd simply call him a full-fledged supporting character. I'm also skeptical about The Rock in The Mummy Returns.
From the ones listed, I'll go with Hogan in Rocky III.

Andre in The Princess Bride, but his role was larger than all of the others here.
