I believe the term the poster is looking for, is Supercard.

Yes I'd love it-No new stars either, not even a mention of their names-I'm not hard to please-I don't even care if they can't wrestle well-What would work best is the old style mat wrestling like Dory Funk has been doing throughout his career

We already have. It was called "Heroes of Wrestling". And it did not go well. I have the show and the psychiatric bills to prove it. That PPV is fun to watch in a train wreck sort of way. Goes to show that sometimes retirement is the right move...

No, but I would like to see a 1 hour debate between:
Damien Demento - Iron Sheik - Scott Steiner - Khali

I'd like it, but only if it used my definition of "legends" (that being, the stars of 1993 through 1995). I would love to see:
- Kamala vs. Papa Shango - El Matador vs. Mantaur - Repo Man vs. Jean-Pierre LaFitte - Tatanka vs. I.R.S. (we never did get closure) - Ludvig Borga vs. Diesel - Kwang vs. Adam Bomb (again, we never got closure) - Rick Martel vs. Bastion Booger (rematch: their initial heel vs. heel match was brilliant)
Those matches, plus finding a way to include The Sultan, Who, Abe Schwartz, Duke Droese and a few others, would make for a great show. Throw in Johnny Polo and Jerry Lawler as announcers (with the promise that Lawler will avoid his pre-pubescent outburts) as announcers (Bobby Heenan as well, if his recovery goes well), and you've got the greatest event in the company's history.

Sure. Most of the guys seem to make frequent appearences in the independents and TNA anyways, some of them keep in pretty decent shape, and almost all of them need the money. I would rather see the random Mick Foley or Dusty Rhodes match in the context of legend's night rather than making it a part of the PPV.

We basically see them every month, do we really need a show based on them?

No, but I would like to see a 1 hour debate between: Damien Demento - Iron Sheik - Scott Steiner - Khali It's sad when the only one that is "easy to understand" is hated by so many people. Shiek and Khali should talk by themselves...
