"The Ultimate Nightmare"
After a major ratings plot, Vince McMahon can't figure out a way to get ratings up. Things get so bad, he goes back to the all familiar well and rehires Warrior "The Ultimate Warrior" Warrior, yet again. But, things are different this time. It becomes a true nightmare for Vince . . . and all the wrestlers. It turns out that Warrior no longer fights his opponent in the ring . . . Well he does, but only when they are sleeping and he has secret powers in the match. They are all shown during Raw live on the Titantron. No commentary either. His first opponent, Big Daddy V who after napping after wolfing down a big box of donuts, wakes to find himself in the ring (in black and white in an empty arena like NWO Saturday Night). with UW. He tries to grab him, then in a cloud of smoke, Warrior disappears. He reappears on the other side of the ring laughing. V keeps attacking but can't catch Warrior. Eventually he tries to leave the ring but as he does, h 's looking over a huge abyss. He comes back in and is soon worn out. Warrior eventually just picks him over his head (no problem in dream world), drops him and pins him. A hereto unknown referee appears from nowhere to make count. Next week it is Randy Orton who is shown bragging about being a legend killer and not afraid to lay down for some beauty sleep. He awakes in the same ring as last week. . . but all the bodies of legends he has killed are hanging from meat hooks around the ring. He attacks Warrior and unlike Viscera makes some headway. But, just when he thinks he is ahead, Warrior morphs into the one legend he can't bear to kill . . . his father "Cowboy" Bob Orton. Looking stunned, Warrior clocks him with his dad's loaded cast, then a new hook lowers, Warrior hoists him on it, and the mysterious referee appears and declares him the winner and new World Champion (doesn't matter that he wins a SmackDown title in dream world). The next opponent is HBK, who is shown sleeping in his limo after a bender with HHH. He wakes in the ring and hears a hoarse voice behind him saying "Shawn, I thought you learned it was not wise for you to fall asleep in your car." Warrior then snaps his fingers and Shawn's face has been replaced by one of those yellow "don't worry be happy" smiles . Warrior starts cackling and says "So Shawn, it seems you finally found your smile". HBK attacks Warrior and the match is on. For Warrior standards it is a great match. Eventually, Shawn delivers sweet chin music, the referee appears and it appears he will get the pin. But at 2 9/10 UW throws Shawn off him. Michaels hits multiple superkicks to no avail. Finally as he goes for one more, Warrior moves out the way and grabs the cartoon head. A plate of glass appears and UW rams Shawn's new face through it. The smiley face is now red and and a frown. Warrior laughs "Shawn, you lost your smile again!", then throws him to the ground and is declared the winner.
[This could go on for a while, so I'll stop here for now]
