Ring of Honor is awesome, my wrestling fix in a world populated by a cartoon like WWE, and its piss-poor wannabe TNA....
But has any ROH match, angle, promo, storyline, character, etc.,......ever come close to WrestleCrap-worthy quality, err inquality?

I can`t put my finger on any standout angle that would qualify, although I am prepared to be corrected.

Well, that kid who wiped the ring ropes has already been inducted. Also, the fake crowd riots that occured in their early shows is also worthy of an induction. BJ Whitmer too, but that's because he really, really sucks.

Carnage Crew vs. New Carnage feud.... Which if I remember correctly started with the question "Who **** in the carnage crew's bags?".
Jimmy Jacobs and Lacey's dates from Respect Is Earned were pretty crappy.

The Carnage Crew angle where they tried to find out who s*** in their bags.
Also add in the terrible ICP, Konnan and Jeff Hardy appearances.

Better question, has any ROH WrestleCrap been inducted into the grand (shameful) halls of the WrestleCrap website?

Yes, the towel boy did get inducted. He is the only ROH WrestleCrap thus far. Jed Shaffer ~At least if something sucks in ROH, it isn't like they set out to be ridiculous ... they TRIED. It just flopped bad.

The Carnage Crew angle where they tried to find out who s*** in their bags. Was Randy Orton with ROH at the time?

I agree about needing ECW gimmicks inducted...ROH is not an indie in my view so they should have some but only carnage crew and the fake riots qualify IMHO
as for ECW...well there's a laundry list: Network, original dudleys/dances with dudley, Da Baldies just to start.

First of all, why are indies banned from WC consideration? Crap is Crap.
Besides, ROH now is what ECW was back in the day. It's the giant, or most respected, "indie" group in contrast with WWE and TNA.
BTW folks, whats with this "Towel Boy"?

It's the giant, or most respected, "indie" group in contrast with WWE and TNA. BTW folks, whats with this "Towel Boy"? To answer your question, straight out of the FAQs Q: I just got back from an independent show, and one of the guys had a terrible gimmick. Will you post him? A: As a rule, we never goof on independent guys. WrestleCrap co-founder Merle Vincent wrote about this back in his April 14, 2000 column: "There are a lot of crappy gimmicks in the indies, but you have to understand a few things about independant wrestling in this country, For one thing, most of the guys who might have some of the sillier gimmicks don't use those gimmicks exclusively; in one town, they might be "John Hillbilly" because it gets over there, and in a town a hundred miles away, they might work as "The Fancy, Rich Guy With Playing Cards." Working face on one show, heel on another...you can't fault a guy for trying to get a better pay day any way he can. While it might in fact be a "crappy" gimmick, only a small handful of people are subjected to it. In the indies, the gimmicks you see are usually just what the worker can up with that doesn't cost alot to make work. He has no "wardrobe department" to outfit him in whatever wild direction his mind's eye sees his gimmick going. Add in the fact that most of the bookers he deals with have no interest in helping him get over; they just want a worker to work cheap and work well."

Cyrus was the PERFECT domineering Network Representative. And NOTHING about the Dudleys' ECW run should even be whispered in the same sentence as WrestleCrap. Now Da Baldies, on the other hand ... yeesh. Jed Shaffer ~The Sandman's original gimmick might be Crap-worthy, too.

Scotty Anton and the Clap? He was supposed to be associated with RVD or sort of his replacement while RVD was injured. I thought it sucked, but I guess even that got over since the crowd played along. I never liked Jeff Jones suddenly becoming Judge Jeff Jones. I was never crazy about Lou E. Dangerously either, but I don't think it should be inducted. Da Baldies brought back PN News as Newz. I repeat: they brought back PN News!
