This is such a WrestleCrap-filled video, I had to upload it to YouTube and post it here. Plus it features solid GOLD commentary by Bob Backlund. www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3VbDh2wfEw

Wow, pure wrestlecrap!
At least the commentary team could spice up the dullest match, unlike what we're stuck with today.

Jim Neidhardt. Apparently you're a bit out of the loop. You see unlike his brother in law and former tag partner Bret Hart Neidhardt didn't have the charisma or the right look to be a major star. So he floundered in the tag ranks for a while teaming with Bret's younger brother Owen in a team named the New Foundation, a take off on the Bret/Jim team called the Hart Foundation. Eventually Jim went to WCW and Owen teamed with Koko B Ware in a team called High Energy. Neidhardt returned at his WCW stint and was given a gimmick of a maked wrestler. That was pretty standard wrestling fare but the twist was his name: Who. The name was a reference to a comedic sketch created by American vauldville team Abbot and Costello, which consisted of Bud Abbot and Lou Costello. In the bit Abbot and Costello play coaches on a baseball club. When Abbot asks Costello the names of the players Costello responds but it just so happens that the names of the players on the team coincide with questions. So the wrestler was a reference to this bit.

Just for the sake of accuracy, that's not quite how Neidhart's '90s career went. After the break up of the New Foundation, I believe Jim continued to wrestle briefly as a singles wrestler wearing the New Foundation gear. My memory is a little hazy, but I believe his last appearance was as one of the first victims of Ric Flair's figure four when he entered the Fed, I believe it was a storyline exit for Anvil as they made it appear as if Flair injured Anvil with it. This would have been 1992 I believe. Jim did not go to WCW, but reappeared in WWF to continue the Bret/Owen feud, at first appearing to side with Bret, but actually supporting Owen. This would have been 1994. Toward the end of 94 Jim left WWF or was released. He did not go to WCW during this absence. In 1996, Jim returned to WWE for the last time, at first wrestling as Who but eventually realigning himself with the Hart family as the new Hart Foundation. He would not enter WCW until after the Montreal Screwjob, joining Bret and Davey Boy.

Wrestlecrap that never happened: T.L. Hopper asks Who to become his regular partner, but only if he'll change his name to "Poo."
