If Snitsky was somehow involved in the Main Event at Backlash, would they have to change the name of the pay-per-view to "Backrash"?

I haven't seen SNitsky in a while, I know he had the really bad bacne going on for a while. Isn't that normally a stop and point fingers at him sign of steroids? Wheres the wellness policy?
