Don't know if anyone remembers this, it was held in 2002 and was ment to be headlined by Randy Savage vs. Jarrett but Savage never signed a contact and the day before demanded more cash so they replaced him with Brian Lawler and to make up for it added Lenny & Lodi vs. Rick Steiner and the cat to the card. Other highlights included: The Funkster vs. Reno KroniK vs. Native Blood Bret Hart being bitter Scott Steiner tossing midgets and Larry Zbyszko making an idiot of himself challanging Chris Jericho to a match.
so, greatest PPV ever?

I remember that show! God it was horrible! But in a great way, if that makes any sense. If anyone ordered that show to see a good wrestling show totally missed the point. I remember Shark Boy and 4 or 5 other cruiserweights opened the show with the best match of the night by far.. And in what alternative universe does Brian Lawler in anywhere compare to Savage in Star Power?
My only regret is not ordering anymore of those shitty shows.

Nova won the opening contest and I found great pleasure in Scott Steiner kicking Disco Inferno's ass.
Commentary team was Jeremy Borash and Mark Madden, so that makes it almost instant crap.

Any event where Navajo Warrior and GQ Gallo (Ghostwalker) are booked can't be all bad...

It was TNA before there was TNA.
Early TNA, mind you. Not the modern kind, which isn't stupid.
