I wouldn't be surprised If he was saving it for Halloween. God I can't wait to see this when it finally shows up on the site.

Is that the Angle where Hogan got beat up by DOD and started wearing black? If it is, it shouldn't be WrestleCrap. Because, IIRC, it lead to a great Sting/Hogan match on Nitro...with Black and White Hulkamania Hogan vs. Sting (wearing Red and Yellow). A much better match than their Starrcade 97 match.

And don't forget about Kevin Sullivan shaving off Hogan's mustache! I believe that is actually what sent him over the edge when he started wearing black. I clearly remember Hogan uttering this line after being gone for a couple weeks to grow back his mustache, "the 'stache is back, jack!".

I actually remember seeing this once on a PPV I saw (whichever one it was where they had the Sumo Monster Truck Match and the Giant fell off of the arena) and was wondering why he was wearing black before he became Hollywood. Weird. I think RD needs to do this one, too.
Plus, I can't believe Bisch would give Hogan time off to grow back his mustache. Actually, I can believe that...

specifically speaking, its the very bizarre promos that savage and hulk would do at this time. they'd dress in black robes and masks, and hang out in some kind fog shrouded temple, talking about the darkside of hulkamania. words cant describe how weird this all was.

The best thing was Hogan with an eye. Yes, I said an eye. He and Savage were babbling about "the eye of the tiger" I wish I made that part up

RD did the Monster Sumo Truck match years ago. It will probably be reposted sometime in Oct because it was at Halloween Havoc.

I completly forgot about this one (probably for good reasons from the sound of it). So basically the premise of the angle is that The Orange Goblin's mustache is what makes him good? What would have happened if they gave him a hair cut too?

I always tended to think that the mustache was a symbol of evil (look at Snidley Whiplash, Boris, or Catherine Harris). But this reminds me of a funny edition of Conan O'Brien. They did a sketch with Tom Selleck where he learned his mustache (which was previously sold on EBay) was in a car accident and died in his arms. This is wrestling related because the next guest was Big Show who upon walking on the stage gave Tom Selleck a sympathy hug. Funny stuff.

You know I think I have that Sting vs Hogan match. I know I have footage of pre-nWo Hogan on Nitro and he is wearing all black and now that I think of it he didn't seem to have his mustache either. Unfortunaetly I don't have the whole "dark side" promo thingy.
