it's good that it's been done in such a way that every guy in it actually has a credible way forward if they win.
i still see barrett winning, but it would make more sense for otunga to win and challenge R-rtuth.
id love to see barrett and jericho vs the hart dynasty though

Sadly, it would make much more sense for Otunga to win NXT and challenge Truth.
Thing is, I don't think many people associate R-Truth with Otunga. I don't really remember those two as a pair.
On the other hand, the pairs of Gabriel/Hardy and Barrett/Jericho are much more memorable. Barrett to win please.

I think Otunga is going to win and probably face R-Truth.
What is the deal with Otunga saying that he can buy a favor from Barrett? If I were DiBiase I'd be claiming gimmick infringement

You'd think whoever the winner is they'd pick the WWE or WHC.
Now if they can't, all 3 have options as stated by people already.
Face:
Gabriel = Tag Titles with Hardy
Heel:
Barrett = US, IC or Tag Titles with Jericho because all would be against a face or faces.
Otunga = US vs. Truth
My hope is Barrett and my brain is saying Otunga, but I'm going with Gabriel because Barrett & Otunga really don't need this were as Gabriel could use it.

You guys really think the winner wont challenge for the world title? Summerslam-Cena vs Wade This. I have no idea why so few people on here think the NXT winner wouldn't challenge for the world title. It works on two levels. Allows the winner a big programme to establish themselves on the main show, allows them a strong showing against a world champion on PPV and it gives NXT credibility in that they are training guys to be world champions on there, not guys who when given the opportunity to challenge for any title they like decide to go with the stepping stone when they've already been given the right to bypass it. |

All that Striker has said consistently is that the winner gets a title shot on PPV, they never said the guy gets to choose the belt he goes after. If Wade wins, I'd think we'd see Jericho and Wade vs. the Hart Dynasty other than anything else.
No one on a .9 show will jump into the main event of RAW to challenge Cena on any PPV, let alone Summerslam.
