It will be Michael Cole vs Daniel Bryan in a Texas Death Match if Bryan wins he gets a contract and JR comes back but if he loses Bryan must kiss coles ass live on TV and Michael Cole gets to gloat about it.

Someone will present as evidence the dozens upon dozens of times that Cole has misused the word "literal". The judge, seeing an instance in which Cole states "And Batista has literally broken John Cena's back!", declares Cole unreliable after Cena then stands up a few seconds later.
The case is then thrown out.
