Last night Batista left WWE and said that with him gone WWE would now be out of business in a week.
Considering WWE's injury problems at the moment and considering I don't think WWE would be able to cope with losing the incredible star power that is Batista, I think he is right. Remember I'm assuming Batista will also still sue the company anyway which won't help.
So thank you WWE for all the memories, it really has been a fun (and at times vintage) ride.

Any sum that Batista tries to sue for will be offset by the lack of sexual harassment lawsuits.

I think it's a touch dramatic to say it would be the end of WWE, sure it may be tough in the near future for a little while, but they'll get through  Plus, with the injuries, it'll give them a chance to push younger guys, AND there's still Punk, Jericho, Christian, Edge, Triple H (if he is desperately needed) anyway. I think it may hurt them a bit losing Batista, but hey, it could be worse, Cena could have gone, and that would have had worse effects, I'm sure. Why's Batista suing anyway? |

In his promo on Raw I believe he said he is thinking of suing Cena and WWE due to his injuries at OTL. I'm sure it's all kayfabe. I can't think of any real reason he would have to legitimately sue WWE.
