Regardless of allegiances, all boxing fans should want this to happen.

promotors are too crooked and boxers are too greedy for this fight to ever happen, and thats why the sport is dying.
Also why would Pacquiao be so against blood testing if he wasn't on something??

Yeah, I can't get excited about this fight anymore. Nothing is in stone until both fighters are in the ring and the bell rings. Until that happens I'm just gonna sit back, and pretend the fights still off.

Just put in a clause to get tested right after the fight, just like MMA, so if Pac is on something, he'll still get caught, and it won't take his strength, physically or spiritually, away from the fight because it'll be all over by then

When it comes to wealthy steroid users, it becomes an issue of timing. It has to be random.

I wouldn't trust the filipino media.
Also it's bull s***, make it up until a day of the fight. Mosely and Mayweather were subjected to random testing, and giving a cut off is not random.
It just seems rediculous for them not wanting random being random.
damn you pac, stop embarassing your people.
Though with how Pac fights, Floyd counters and jabs him to oblivion all 12 rounds.

Does anybody really think that just because Pacman supposedly agreed to the 14 day limit the fight will magically go ahead?
The limit will drop to seven and then when Pac agrees to that it'll become 3 then if he agrees to that it'll be the day before and if he agrees it'll be the hour before. Floyd doesn't WANT to face Pacman but he knows how to work the media so he comes off like the good guy.
And by the way I think Money would win if it ever went ahead but I just don't see Floyd ever wanting to take that chance
