I'm gonna have to go w/ Super Punch out myself, love the gameplay changes they made that didn't come back for the Wii version, sadly.

I'm going with the arcade version of Super Punch Out, for the sole reason that the ethnic/national stereotypes were just hilarious:
A big Canadian lumberjack named Bear Hugger A Bruce Lee lookalike named Dragon Chan
and the all time greatest boxing villian ever
The Russian boxer named Vodka Drunkenski
Epic.

Ha, nice... Dragon Chan and Bear Hugger both made their way into SPO!, shame Vodka Drunkinski became Soda Popinksi.

The first time I played Mike Tyson's Punch Out was at a local community center. I was also lucky enough to play it on the Playchoice arcade cabinet.
So I'll always have that Punch Out No.1 over the rest.

Super Punch and Punch Out Wii both suffer from being too easy, and I've never played the arcade games, so I'd have to go with the NES game (either version).

Mike Tyson's Punch Out.
I never will forget when I FINALLY beat Tyson. One of my best childhood memories as a gamer.

Super Punchout -Simply because I am more better at that then Mike Tyson's Punchout. (Even using cheats with the emulator, I am still better at SP)
Also put me on that list of never have defeated Tyson

Super Punch Out!! had better controls but was too easy. Punch Out!! Wii was easy until you got to Great Tiger and Aran Ryan. It also sufffered by copying Mike Tyson's Punch Out a little too much. (seriously, only 2 new boxers?!)
Mike Tyson's is still the best, and I have beaten Mike Tyson but I can't beat Mr. Dream or Super Macho Man.

Punch Out on the Wii, simply because of the addition of theme music to all the boxers. Which means that through it, the composers managed to create a paradoxical song mind-blowing for its simaltaneous ability to sound both awesomely epic and annoyingly catchy.
BAAAAAAAAAAHMMMMM!!!!! BUM BUM BAHM BAAAAAHHHMMM BAAAAAAAAAAAHMMMMMM!!! BUM BUM BAHM...BUM BUM BAAAAAHM BAHM BAHM BAAAAAAAAAHHHHHMMMMMMM!!!!!
