And when do you normally wake up?
Random question, but curious.
I am usually going to bed 9-10PM and wake up between 530-6AM because I have to be at work for 730AM. On weekends it's usually in bed around 12AM and wake up by 7AM ((haven't been able to sleep in past 7AM since I started this job 5 years ago))

I'm on this stupid rotating 12 hour shift, so I haven't been able to get decent sleep all year. When I was lucky enough to work a straight shift for a few months, I crashed out around 9 and woke up at 5. Now that was good sleep.

During School: Around 12-1 am. Wake up around 9 for a 10 am class. During Summer...Depends on the work schedule. If I work an early morning shift, I usually go to bed around 12 am. Otherwise no work I'm sleeping by 2 am and waking up whenever.

Right now it's 12:15 AM-9:15.
When college starts in a little over a week, it'll vary.

Usually like 4 or 5 am and wake up around noon. Now I have weekend mornings, so it's like, 4 am and wake up at 5am.

Somewhere between 1-5AM. I work seconds.
I'm getting older too, so I'm not above taking them naps now either.
Really, it hurts me to think on. When you're fresh, sleep is a punishment. You think it's bogus they tell you that you have to go to bed. You want it all.
These days I sometimes look forward to zonking out as though it were some fun party I was to attend that I had known about all week or something. I'm almost excited about it.
You gotta make time for it, kiddies. Don't just drink a bunch of pop and play X-Box Live or whatever.
Go to the nothing place. At some point, Today is Tomorrow.

On work days in bed around 11PM and up at 4 AM
On weekends, whenever I feel like it on both counts. Sometimes with naps during the waking hours.

Anywhere between 12am and 2am most nights. Same for me. Usually on weekends now I get up early. I have been working a noon shift on Saturdays and a 10 am on Sundays so its really difficult. Especially since i have been closing on fridays

I usually go to bed anywhere three to five in the morning. It all depends on what I'm working. I wake up at ten to take my ADD meds, but I usually end falling back to sleep.

Sunday-Thursday: Usually between 1 and 2 am and wake up at 5 am. I don't have to be at work until 8 but I like to have a long shower, cook breakfast, read the papers and work out.
Friday-Saturday: Until I can't stay up any longer. Wake up whenever.
