Granted this one may get slanted by which is closer to people, but I love DLR... considering Walt actually was heavily involved in it, I still think of it as his baby.

Disney Land. I liked the way it just seemed more real when I went there.

Never been to Disney Land but I don't see how it could beat the shear size of WDW.

Never been to Disney Land but I don't see how it could beat the shear size of WDW. It's getting there, you gotta remember Disney World includes multiple parks. As of right now DLR has two parks, w/ DCA getting a new land added to it, and a revamp, as well as rumors of a 3rd gate in the future. So if the 3rd gate does get built, that's 3 parks, Downtown Disney and multiple hotels.

Disneyland is enchanting. I went there when I was nine, had the best time of my life. California Adventures was amazing, too. I just liked it more.

So if the 3rd gate does get built, that's 3 parks, Downtown Disney and multiple hotels. Never heard about the 3rd park rumor. Why did they wait so long though? Mainly because Eisner and Co. went cheap building DCA (at the cost of $600 million) and it was more or less, a flop. Disney is currently pumping $1.1 billion into what's basically DCA 2.0. A huge amount of the park is getting a facelift, with crappy carny rides that were there either being yanked out or rethemed. Basically the rumor is that once DCA is redone, and hopefully successful, a 3rd park may be on the horizon to make DLR a place to go for a few days to a week instead of being able to knock out all the stuff you wanna see in a day or two.

Disneyland, beyond question.
Just remember, kids, without the original, there would be no imitators.

I've been to both, and I'll say this:
*Both are amazing
*It's extremely challenging to be in a bad mood at either place
In the end I'll go with Disneyland though. It's the original, and you can visit all it's areas in one day's time. And each area is phenomenal.
