I know that Ole Miss isn't anywhere near where Michigan was supposed to be, but I still find that loss hilarious. I hate it when teams schedule cupcakes, so it's nice when one of them finally bites back. I'll argue to this day that the Michigan loss was nowhere near as bad as it was made out to be. Considering that Appalachian State was the defending 1-AA National Champion at the time, and ending up repeating that year, they were a very solid team. They were better then probably half the teams in 1-A that year. But because they weren't, everyone flipped their s*** when they won. Appalachian State was a good 1-AA team, but Michigan was still ranked 5th at the time. That alone made it huge.

So yeah, Oklahoma State just rolling all over Washington State right now. I know it is just week one, and it is against Washington f***ing State, but this is the team that was pegged by the mass media as being FIFTH in the Big 12 South. I think OK State is making a solid case of "f*** you" to the media right now.

Kansas loses 6-3 to FCS member North Dakota State. The Jayhawks have now lost 8 straight going back to last year.

The fact that Washington almost beat BYU makes me think they'll have a good year this year. I think they can easily go 6-6 or 7-5 and finally get their team, especially their seniors, into a bowl game for once.

So...seeing how OU barely beat Utah State, how far are they gonna tumble down the ranks? I mean them losing would be worse, but this game showed that they are NOT the #7 team in the nation.

I gotta say, if Kansas doesn't win one of their non-conference games, I honestly think they'll go 0-12 this year.

Hell of a game. Either this or Ole Miss/Jacksonville St. is the Game of the Day today. I won't say Game of the Week yet, as we have Boise State/Virginia Tech Monday.
