What would TNA's ratings be if they could get Tim Tebow to appear on an iMPACT? He goes/went to school in Florida, and he is insanely popular down there but would he have any effect on the ratings? Or what about bringing him in as world champ brother!

0.29. If he can't work NFL style he sure as hell can't draw

I didn't even think about putting that in for people who didn't know. He's the Florida Gators Quarterback, and he's insanley popular even though he is not the greatest QB in the world. But given his popularity I was wondering what ratings they would have if TNA could get him for a show. toodarkmark is probably right though knowing how TNA markets themselves

I would rather see Pacman Jones come back over Tim Tebow. I always thought Tebow was overrated... he does a little jump when he throws a touchdown pass, and then every sportscaster in the world develops a man-crush on him. Plus he as now become a characture of himself. I support athletes promoting their religion (such as Reggie White), but Tebow takes it to the extreme and appears to be doing it just for the attention.

99.9
...on account of the fact that the 0.01 of the audience who knows who the **** he is, won't bother tuning in.

Considering most people's opinion about Tim Tebow is not that favorable, a 1.3 at the most. ESPN would spend the rest of the day criticizing him for abandoning his moral values for appearing in a show called TNA. Seriously, Dixie and Hogan shouldn't had announced they were changing the name of the company.

Hitogor--I don't understand the last part of your post. They should rename or they shouldn't or umm...yeah? What did you mean?

They will never get full mainstream acceptance and recognition until the company sounds professional.

People still care about the name TNA? The sexual connotation crossed my mind for like 30 seconds the first time I heard it, and I never thought of it again till it recently began to resurface here.
Anywho, Tebow wouldn't be a big enough draw. But if they pull in a legit NFL star (someone a little more credible than Pacman effing Jones), could be good for them. Or hell, with spring training around the corner, have a couple baseball guys drop through again! Imagine "The Phenomenal AJ Pierzynski" heeling it up with Styles and Flair? MONEY.
