Honestly, it's not a single wrestler or feud, in my opinion.
Rather, I'm honestly getting a kick out of the fact that TNA is actually succeeding in making their heels intensely unlikable, and even getting the chant-happy Impact Zone crowd to boo them, a feat once considered nigh-impossible. Yes, I know there's likely a "WCW/Disney crowd control" factor to a certain extent, but it goes beyond that (especially since they actually do let some hardcore, or at least somewhat smarky fans get into Impact/PPV events).
They're booking their heels right now to just soak up heat. Anderson isn't getting people to pop by just doing the "Misteeeeer" catchphrase, he's actually coming off as one of the most condescending and obnoxious heels I've seen in ages. Sting went batcrap insane and pummeled RVD within an inch of his life for what felt like no reason besides "because I can". Desmond Wolfe seems like the coolest guy around, but also makes some of the corniest jokes/puns/putdowns around, nothing for the crowd to chant along with or cheer for.
Even just tonight, Matt Morgan, an Impact Zone favorite for awhile, had them hating his guts within the first few minutes of the Tag Title match, by just being a complete and utter jerk to his partner.
There are plenty of things I would fix about TNA and plenty of things I want them to do or not do, but I absolutely love the fact right now that about 99% of the heels are acting the ways they should, after over a decade of wrestling heels being faces by proxy and popping crowds, which should be the faces' job.

I would add to this list the always very strong Christopher Daniels. When given the mic, he is very quickly able to establish himself as a complete and utter self-righteous douche--which is always great.

TNA is as always very hit or miss. Now I am loving MR.ANDERSON. He is generating such heat (and I am fully sold on him in TNA after his post match promo with Angle) as an Eric Cartman like heel of no matter what you do (You beat me cheating you cheated I just wanted a straight match and antagonizing people and then calling them out for what they do) he in his own mind is better.
As far as the other heels go AJ is OK (Very hit or miss), Wolfe is a solid heel, "The Band" (With K.Nash) could be good to feud with some X-Division guys, Beer Money are great heels but their recent turns kind of devalue them, and Doug Williams is a solid heel for the X-Division. Sting is to early to tell if his heel turn will work.
So all in all for the 1st time TNA has a lot of good heels spread all across the roster. Now the only complaint is that there isn't one heel like Planet Jarret era Jarret that is the main heel.
Anderson not quite there (Not in the title hunt), Sting might be but its too fresh to tell, and AJ the guy who is suppose to be in that role just isn't quite cutting it.

Far and away Mr.Anderson, and that's coming from someone who didn't enjoy his WWE run. He really is the perfect heel right now, the Impact Zone despises him and his promos are comedic gold. Hopefully after this feud with Angle he moves into the World Title spotlight because he could certainly be the "it" heel for TNA. I still don't buy AJ as a heel in the least bit.

Morgan was MONEY last night. When he was an arrogant asshole wanting in the MEM, he was one of if not my favorite person in TNA. His babyface run took away the best part about him imo. He's a GREAT arrogant heel.

TNA has definitely drawn a line with heel/face relationships. It's nice. Who really is a tweener anymore? I still hope they make Sting one.. but it's a really nice change to have some actually disliked people by the crowd.
