Sheamus? He lost to Triple H once, and uh... Goldust. I may be wrong but I think he's beaten everyone in singles competition since moving to Raw.

EDIT: I checked, because I'm a nerd. Sheamus is 26-8-3 in televised and PPV matches in the WWE. That gives him a win percentage of 70.8% compared to Kidd's 66.6% and Smith's 63.2%.
