I know most people are going to say John Cena needs to turn heel. Anybody else needs to change from heel to face or face to heel?

Big Show did kind of just turn, unless you meant him going heel again. Seeing him as a babyface is tremendously refreshing IMO. Kane I definitely wouldn't mind going on a rampage again, though he's getting to the age/experience level where he'll be stuck as permaface like Taker and how HBK was if he's not careful.

Myself, I'd shift JoMo over to tweener, and perhaps Jericho too. I wonder what they can do with Jericho next, the third coming of Y2J? Or a new character based on his Fozzy persona? Either way, I kinda want the countdown back.

To Heel: Jomo [With Bourne and Truth there's too many flippy floppy faces on RAW, Jomo is the one who I think can pull off heel best]

Kelly Kelly [With Layla probably turning face the Smackdown Divas need another heel behind McCool besides Rosa, Kelly has been face forever and I think she can do heel better than Tiffany can for some reason, though I think both make much more sense as faces so maybe a call up is the best idea, or make Serena an active wrestler]
Heath Slater [he really really really makes way more sense as a heel]

To Face: Zeek [when he returns he should be a juggernaught face like he almost was on ECW]
Sheamus [Just as an experiment]
Chavo [he's just been heel Chavo too long, I'd like to see what he can do as a babyface]
Cody Rhodes [we know from the "Cody" chants from that one RAW that he can do it]
Luke Gallows [not yet, not NEARLY yet, but at some point he needs to Batista out of the SES angle and I think Gallows has the skill to do it]
Layla [can do it I think]


Also, Show should never turn heel again. I LOVE him as a face.

Personally, I think its too soon to turn Sheamus. After taking out HHH he's got some momentum as a heel and I'd let that play out first. Maybe change afterwards or something.

JoMo needs to do something. Whether its back to a full out heel or a tweener, he needs to ditch the pure babyface thing. He's much better when he can lord over other people because of his looks and talent, essentially a Rick Rude type heel.
