The effectiveness of this sort of topic is sort of neutered by the new video policy, but whatever.
Cena's finisher gets a lot of flack for not looking impactful, like he lightly tosses them off his shoulders, but like the Pedigree, when he wants it to look good and it's sold properly, it looks rather boss. From my observations, generally it seems to look a lot better if he drops all the way down to his knees or whatnot instead of staying standing.
For best-looking ones, I'll pick two, in no particular order:
*Against Brock, when it was erroneously called as a Death Valley Driver *Against Miz just this past Raw.

The one he hit on JBL at WrestleMania 21 was actually pretty good.

...Does the one where he was teaming with Orton sometime last year, and Orton turned it into an RKO count?

For some reason I like the ones where he goes all the way down and immediately bounces back up for the pin.

I wish I had a gif, but Tista took one at Mania where he took it right on his upper back and bounces kind of high. Tista really took it well. Also

I always liked the ones on TBS, just an impressive show of strength even without any huge impact

I always thought it looks great when he gets it on the big guys, like Big Show, etc.

That one he did to Batista at WrestleMania 26. Those he did to Batista at Extreme Rules 2010, one on the chair and the other on the announcers table. ;D

;D As if it needed to be said before, it's official now: Beth Phoenix > John Cena. Give her the WWE title now. [OK, maybe not go THAT far...]

There was an AA he hit a couple months ago where he threw a twist in and looked a bit like an AA mixed with an F5. I think it may have been at the draft or during that tag match with Evan Bourne and I believe he hit it on Sheamus. whatever it was, it looked really awesome.
