RIP
It's a sad state of affairs when a wrestler or former wrestler dying in his 60's or later is the exception.

It's weird that only minutes before this I was watching the clip of Trevor singing Friends in low places to Lance
That makes two guys (and tag partners) from the HWA developmental era that passed in the past few years (Steve Bradley being the other)

*sigh* He was my age.
I thought he had a lot of potential. I heard him on Kenny Bolin's podcast too just a couple of months back. He was entertaining and came across as a real genuine guy. I think maybe he had given up on getting back into WWE at that point, because he did not pull any punches with regards to certain aspects of the company.
But all of that stuff is so totally secondary to the real loss to the family. Rest in peace.

This is very sad. I can't say that I was his biggest fan or that I knew much about his career, but I am very shocked. It's even more sad that he didn't hit 30. How did he die?

I'm definitely not in shock. None of these surprise me any more. Doesn't make it any less f***ed up.

Until doctors stop prescribing all these cocktails of steroids and painkillers stuff like this is going to continue to happen.
Drugs are everywhere, it's not just the wrestling industry. Guys (and women) performers take stuff to enhance their appearance and performance. Hell the chairman himself of WWE is a juicer.

He was as old as I am....I feel so sorry for his girls
That said I'm highly suspicious of heart failure at 29. Maybe I'm just paranoid knowing his history and knowing how many wrestlers have surcumbed to drugs. I hope they're unfounded

Guys (and women) performers take stuff to enhance their appearance and performance. Hell the chairman himself of WWE is a juicer. It wasn't likely the juice though, as Cade said he didn't take them for very long. I think that, steroids are being made to be so big and so important that the light is shone on them too much, and not enough on the painkillers and the such.
