Sheamus opens up RAW with a promo on Randy Orton.
First match is Edge vs. R-Truth with Sheamus sitting on a throne. Edge wins win the spear.
Next match is Chris Jericho vs. The Great Khali. Jericho actually gets Khali in the Walls of Jericho and Khali taps.
Melina vs. Jillian for the Women's Title is up and Melina wins. Laycool has an offer for Melina at next week's (August 30th) RAW.
The Miz does a backstage interview and says he's awesome but John Cena is not. Miz is upset that John Cena replaced him with Daniel Bryan at Summerslam.
Nexus comes out for a promo. The RAW GM is impressed with the group and says the ban has been lifted allowing Nexus to have title matches again. Wade Barrett says the truce between Sheamus and Nexus is over.
Next match is John Cena vs. The Miz. Daniel Bryan comes out and attacks Miz, so Miz wins by DQ. Cena does the attitude adjustment on Miz and then Bryan gets Miz in a crossface until referees pull him off.
Santino Marella and Vladimir Kozlov vs. The Usos (with Tamina). Kozlov wins with the Samba slam, then Tamina blows Santino a blow gun kiss.
After that is Ted DiBiase (with Maryse) vs. John Morrison vs. Randy Orton. Morrison jumps off the top rop into an RKO and Orton wins. Orton also RKOs DiBiase after the match.
Sheamus comes out and picks his next WWE Title challenger. Out comes Zach Ryder and Sheamus wins instantly with his kick.
After the match, Sheamus says he doesn't have to defend the title for 30 days. However, Barrett comes out and demands his title match. The RAW GM and Barrett will get his shot... however, it will be a 6 pack challenge – Sheamus vs. Barrett vs. Y2J vs. Orton vs. Edge vs. Cena. Jericho, Edge, Cena, Orton and Sheamus beat up Barrett then each other with Orton hitting the RKO on Cena last.
