The Rock is the leader of Nexus. His new movie is coming out in August and he's going to promote it. I say he makes a surprise appearance at Summer Slam. Coming back to the WWE doesn't mean that has to be at every RAW. He can film pre-taped segments and only appear live every so often leading up to a Wrestlemania match Cena vs. Rock!

And Steve Austin took out the Undertaker!
Yeah, I can see Rock guest-hosting Raw around then, but making a random heel turn (well, let's be honest, that'd more turn Nexus face) to plug a movie wouldn't exactly do a lot of good.

I just don't see where the Rock's motivation would come from, tbh.
Why would he destroy the place that made him a star? Why would he have anything to do with WWE after becoming a Hollywood star (I mean, he's not a huge star or anything but still)? Who would he have a grudge against on the roster? Wouldn't the Rock's push be the definition of what the Nexus would be against, i.e. 3rd generation guy given a mega push without paying his dues (kayfabe), without having to do things like compete on a reality show or fight for a contract?

Because he hates Cena and tired of Cena talking trash about him and sick of the WWE fans who said that he sold out. Now he wants to destroy the WWE.

I'm not behind the idea of this at all, but sometimes everything that happens doesn't have to be logical

Wasn't austins motivation atleast from what i can remember was that he no longer felt appreciated by vince and the then wwf , i believe that was partially or his sole reason for defecting.
Anyways im still bettin on the fact that cena will turn on the wwe at summerslam and like i said if everything keeps going according to plan , because i said everything they have been doin with the nexus basically follows the original invasion pattern , so we should expect The Rock at earliest the night after summerslam where he essentially repeats what he did in the original invasion and thats return to save the wwf/e.
Except this time cena will be in austins role as the defector , and cenas motivation for defecting doesn't have to be complex , just use the fact everyone is cheering randy orton more than him , no one has shown him the respect he deserves after saving the wwe time and time again from the nexus etc

I will find more logic than Cena became a lonely wolf like sting than joining nexus

If that happened, they would have to change the name of the stable from "Nexus" to "The Rock and some guys that are standing in the ring with him for some reason. Seriously, why are those guys with The Rock? Aw, Smackdown Hotel! He said it just like he used to! Maybe we'll get a 'Rock Concert' next week, that was AWESOME! Wait, those guys are still in the ring. Are they security guards or something? I mean, I know The Rock's a big star, but he could kick anybody's butt in the WWE. Except maybe Batista. Aww man, that would be awesome, a Rock vs Batista match at Wrestlemania! Wait, now that one guy with The Rock has the mic and he's talking? BOO! Give it back to The Rock, you stink ya big brown-haired guy with a funny voice! Oh cool, Rock took the mic back. WHAT THE ROCK....IS COOKING!!!! Aw, The Rock RULES! So glad he's back. But what was with those six guys?"

You're getting some serious mileage out of this facepalm lately. Nice work. Yeah, I see no way this happens. If the Rock guest hosts I demand that Nexus lays him out to end the show.

The Rock could come out wearing an ascot and speaking perfect French, which would also be something new. The point I was making is he would overshadow Nexus so much as to make them about as relevant as Tekno Team 2000.

Sorry Rock as Nexus leader makes no sense. HHH on the other hand makes total sense. Just mention how he feels the McMahons and all their hand picked stars have failed and their lame ideas have made WWE irrelevant. He learned from Vince and HBK that you need to make an impact to make money and theat's what he did with Nexus and while pros who are unskilled didn't see potential in the NXT rookies he did and he choosen them as the future of wrestling. Also this makes sense since HHH in-ring career probably wont last too much longer and still has great potential on the mic and to be the new evil owner of WWE. Plus he could be very well in that role especially if he plays it like the Cerebral Assassin of 1999-2001. So thats my pick who should be the leader. The Rock wouldn't work at all and would make the Nexus into faces and Team WWE into heels. So no not a good idea.

Nexus would get more Media attention because non wrestling media outlets would be talking about The Rock returning with Nexus. That's something Nexus doesn't have right now and that is the media exposure. The nWo had Hollywood Hogan as the leader. He was on Leno and other media shows all the time.

I'd prefer a Will Ferrell or Sam Jackson hosted Raw.
