For the Royal Rumble match, you had 6 voices going back and forth on commentary. I think the only other time they have had a 6 man commentary team was for the Money in the Bank at Wrestlemania 23.

they had all three announce teams at the WWE vs. ECW head-to-head event too.

No, they didn't.
WWE vs. ECW: Head To Head only had Styles/Tazz and JR/King on commentary.
