Last time I checked, Orton's Punt seems to be unique among finishers or secondary finishers in WWE today in that it's the only one that's pretty much a guaranteed stretcher job, and always kayfabe keeps the victim off for a while, like for how Cody was MIA after Wrestlemania.
Other than Sheamus's Powerbomb-onto-the-floor which was a one-time deal, are there any other moves on the roster that could be kayfabe this powerful? Do there NEED to be any more moves this powerful?
I also can't really think of any other moves in the past that are sold on such the level as the punt, but that might just be my need for coffee.

Historically, Brock's F-5 to the post was built up like that, but even that isn't quite the same as Orton's kick.

Theres just something about the punt, how Orton sets it up, how he goes through with it, how it's sold. It just seems to be the deadliest thing on the roster.

During the Bikertaker days, Kane and Undertaker used the Tombstone like that. Or during the invasion, they built up the pilediver on the concrete as above and beyond too far.
I like the punt. It's presumably safe, looks brutal, and gets the job done.

Don't forget Bikertaker's steel chair jam in into the throat that was used when he was a heel in 2002.

I remember when the Hell's Gate used to make his opponents bleed from the mouth, which is what put it over as killer.
