Damn Monsoon was such a good announcer.

This is the best wrestling show on television. QFT. By the way, another thing I like is the subtlety of the announcers. Monsoon seems legitimately annoyed by Jimmy Hart, sounding like he would beat the crap out of him outside the arena later that night. Whereas JR and King are so over-the-top that it's not really believable.

It means Quoted for Truth. And yes, Monsoon was brilliant and so was Jesse. I regard Monsoon as the best play by p[lay guy in the business, bar none. Nobody could do the job like he could, including JR, who's just a pale imitation in my book.
And someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the Hogan/Flair match, if this is their very first encounter, I heard this ended in a CO. Can anyone confirm?

Oh cool, thanks glad you agree.
This was when wrestling was wrestling and not non sense garbage.

Haha, true, but it's not like he's yelling at the top of his lungs that Jimmy Hart is a dastardly individual, or whatever. He's just calmly restraining himself from wringing Hart's neck.

I think it was Flair who on though could be wrong.

To clear things up
Hogan and Flair had a meeting in October of 1991 that ended in a countout.
This match is from the following month. I'm not giving the outcome to keep from spoiling the ending.
