Say what you want about the first two, but at least they're over. I never understood all the Rey Mysterio love myself, and why so many people wanted to see him with the title. Then after the debacle that was his first title reign when he actually won it, I couldn't understand why people wanted to see him with the title again. And now that his second is thankfuly over, I don't understand why anyone thought it would be any different considering what happened when he got the title the first time. Hopefully though, now everyone's gotten "Rey as champion" out of their system.

2006. It looked as if it was another excuse to present "Eddiespoiltation", plus Rey kept jobbing out most of the time, and the few times he won, it was generally a fluke victory. Now, I'm not saying he should've beaten the Great Khali and Mark Henry, which JBL sicced on him, to squash the World Championanother problem right there that they had to get rid of the "Heavyweight" part), but to have those end up like that and following with Sabu beating him six ways from Sunday at the One Night Stand PPV, thus giving the idea that Rey is one bad break away from losing the belt (well, Chavo turning on Rey was that break) and you started to have doubts.
This one... on the other hand was a "do nothing" reign like Jeff Hardy's WWE title run last year. He only wrestled once, in a tag team match where Big Show did most of the work, and spent the past two weeks screaming "Wasabi!" and repeatively falling victim to Swagger's ankle lock. It helped present Swagger as a guy who wants to see people get a royal dose of pain, but it didn't help the belt out the guy who had it barely appeared between the PPV he won it and this one, and you can make the case of "hotshotting".
So... 2006 was worse.

Definitely the first. Not even close in my eyes.

2006 was much worse. This reign had no particularly illogical booking, a great WHC match with Swagger, and then he lost in a believable way due to a MITB cash in.

The next one. Say what you want about the first two, but at least they're over. Sir, you win the internet. Have a nice day.

they both stink but 2006 dragged on for like 8 years .at least in 2010 they mercifully killed his reign before he started getton booed in matches again andd one of those punk kids he sucks up to on the way to the ring punches his face in for sucking so badly.

If it helps, there were very audible "Let's go Swagger" and "Thank you, Kane" chants.

2006. At least his most recent one, like Rey, was very short.
