So I was thinking about this earlier and thought it'd be cool if we could figure out who has had the most different themes in WWE. Not just limited to present WWE wrestlers, as that would make this a little too easy.
Triple H has had a lot. He debuted with one theme when he did the Connecticut Blue Blood gimmick, and then changed his theme again during the same gimmick. Then he adopted the DX theme. Then when he went solo he used a generic rock theme for a very short time. Then he changed to the flock of seagulls-esque theme. Then they redid that theme with lyrics to make his "My Time" theme (my favorite one). Then he started using his current "The Game" theme. He also used "The King of Kings" and I suppose we could count the Evolution theme in here as well, though I don't think he ever used i for his solo entrance theme.
So by my count that's 9 themes, and I'm not even sure if I missed something.
Undertaker started with his current theme music (more or less). IIRC he used that theme until 1998 when he started using the bad-ass version with guitars in it (my favorite WWE theme ever). He then used the Ministry theme, and the Corporate Ministry theme. When he returned from injury, he was using American Bad Ass, then later Rollin'. He then started using his Dead Man Walking theme.
So I'm counting 7 themes for Taker, but I'm almost completely positive that I'm missing something. Even if I'm not missing anything, his theme has been changed ever so slightly for different occasions, but I really don't want to count those as different themes unless they were really noticeably different.

The Rock seemed to have a new theme or variation on his theme every week.

I think Dudebusters have had, like, 5 or 6 different themes all ready, so they win in the Tag Department.

Al Snow as European champion had a new theme every week not counting his usual theme and heel theme.
Edit: When Al Snow was European Champion He Represented The Countries of: -Italy -Greece -France -Spain -Translyvania -Germany -Hong Kong -UK -Japan -Poland -Sweden
Yeah he wins easily.

Undertaker's up to 27, but that's throughout his entire career.
I think King of Kings was Triple H's 14th theme.
And Dudebusters have already had 4 themes, and they haven't been part of the roster for a year yet. I have hope for these two.

If we do count slight variations and different edits, Rock and 'Taker each have had 30+ themes. But I think Trips has had the most varied theme changes.

The Rock seemed to have a new theme or variation on his theme every week. I believe he had two themes when he was Rocky Maivia, the blue-chipper I mean. If you count the Nation of Domination theme as one, I guess that is included (By the way, I am talking about the one that said "WE ARE THE NATION OF DOMINATION!" at the beginning. Then the newer Nation theme, which was pretty much remixed each time Rock had a new theme if you think about it. It had the same type of rhythm. He had the one that he used briefly at the tail-end of his Nation run in the late Summer early Fall of 1998 that is found on WWF: The Music Vol. 3. Then there was the one that he used from the fall of 1998 to late summer of 1999 (His more common one that said "Do You Smell What The Rock is Cookin'?" at the beginning). His most common one was the one he started using in late August of 1999 (The one that had "If You SMEELLLLLL What The Rock IS COOKIN'!"). I don't know if his 2001-2002 counts as a new one since it was his previous one but the intro had those sound effects during the pauses between the words. And finally, we had the Hollywood Rock theme, which was my personal favorite, especially with the titantron video showing the LA Skyline at night.

Stone Cold had a crapload too, especially when he turned heel in '01. They should've just kept the Disturbed theme, that was bad ass.

Count this under 'things my 'memory' may be making up'... ... I think I remember the Rock having for one Raw night in mid-late 1998 -just- as he left the Nation a theme that completely did away with the familiar NoD bass line and sounded like techno with fart noises. But I 'remember' lots of strange things that never happened.

I must have been thinking of this one, which lacks the bass line and sorta sounds like farts, and used only one night in October 1998 for a match against D-Lo.

To the OP: Triple H also used the Aggression song by Run DMC 'The Kings' and the Rock briefly (like once or twice) used a song from that album 'Know Your Role' by Method Man.

Speaking of Rock and his multitude of themes, there was also this one, about 1:48 or so.
As for HHH, I believe it goes: Blueblood -> Ode to Joy -> DX -> Vince's theme -> Generic rock theme -> Higher Brain Pattern -> My Time (and the two other remixes that he had after he turned heel in late 2000 -> Play The Game -> King of Kings

You know, I stand corrected in some of the ones that I mentioned. The 2001-2002 theme of The Rock not only had different effects in the intro, but the overall beat sounded like it was a remixed version of his previous one. I'm talking about this one by the way:
Also, in regards to his Hollywood Rock theme, I remember there was the one he used at No Way Out 2003 that didn't say "Is COOKIN'!" right when it went to the building but it said "If you smell... If you Smelllllllllll..." You get the rest. Also, there was the one that was used in Smackdown: HCTP, which I believe was used when he appeared on TV. The one with the shorter intro I mean, not the one that was mostly used at PPVs with the extra shots of the skycam view of the LA freeways and such. And finally, there was the one that was used when he came on RAW to cut a promo with Mick Foley and La Resistance back in 2003, and it was also used when he made his comeback to make the save and announcement for the 2-on-3 handicapped match at Wrestlemania.

I don't remember him having this theme.
