Drake quits. PS: That is Drake, right? Heir to the coffee cake fortune? I am not too hip on this "popular music scene"

Took me about 6 times to take my eyes of Gaga to see Drake say that, funny stuff right there. I see that being used in response to some threads now

Better if he had just dejectedly walked up the ramp and out of the auditorium.
Anyone who goes into one of these things thinking their music is the largest factor in determining who wins deserves to be disappointed.

I have an intense dislike of most of this new so-called music, which means I normally wouldn't post in a thread like this! ;D Despite that, the only thing I can really say about him being a sore loser over a completely meaningless award is...

After reading shit about how much of a douche Bieber is supposed to be, I think Drake just became my new hero Dammit he should have jumped up on stage and interrupted Bieber, people would've cheered for him!!

Regardless of Drake's own musical talent or level of self importance, in this one instance he is correct.

MAN!
Has Lady Gaga always had that schnozz? She looks like Princess Vespa, pre-surgery.

I thought this was going to be about when Geoffrey thought he'd won the lottery on Fresh Prince.

Was Drake even nominated or was he just pissed that JB won? I went to the MTV website & Drake wasn't mentioned as a nominee for Best New Artist.

In other News......Jimmy Brooks makes a shocking return to "Degrassi: The Next Generation" Jimmy goes to The Dot, sees Peter working there. Jimmy: "Hey Pete. Where's Spin?" Peter: "Oh, he married Emma and moved away." Jimmy: "...I quit. I quit." Jimmy wheels himself out of The Dot and is never seen again.

Hes sitting next to Lady Gaga, and it took beiber winning to make him realize something was off about the industry?

Keep in mind, this was an MTV awards show. As others have said, if you're expecting appreciation of those who are actually talented musicians and not shills for what is (formerly) Music Television, you're going to wind up quite disappointed.
Personally, I'd rather listen to Justin Beiber than Lady Gaga, but there's no accounting for taste.
