It's been a while. Every time I'd go they'd tell me 2 things:
1. I need to brush my teeth twice a day instead of once.
2. My teeth are strong, healthy, and cavity-free.
I finally just got sick of being criticized for having perfectly good teeth and stopped going.

3 years. I brush my teeth every day after every meal and never had any problem.

I brush twice and use floss plus a special whitening kit every night but truly its been like 5 years since ive went to the dentist and that was to remove my wisdom teeth at age 20
