How come Zombies never seem to attack each other, trying to eat each other? They're mostly mindless, and attack the non-infectecd, so I would think they wouldn't be able to tell the difference. And then there's the whole zombie storyline in the Marvel world. If they were smart, they would of let Banner get hungry, turning him into Hulk, then gang up on him since there would be more meat to eat.

Mindless or not, it doesn't take long to realize: That's rotten, I'm not eating it.

The reasoning sort of depends on the setting. Sometimes the zombies will eat the wounded zombies, sometimes they only go for people with a heartbeat, etc.

In Left 4 Dead, you can stumble across them "fighting" and if you throw a certain projectile, Boomer Bile, at them in the sequel game they'll start attacking running toward it and attacking whatever infected it hit.
Granted, it's more of a 28 Days Later style infection compared to normal zombies and they don't seem to be intent on eating people as much as killing them.

The same reason that in every game or movie, if the zombies get ahold of you, they eat you and tear you to bits....yet none of the other zombies are so completely eaten like that. So is there an equal number of eaten people as there is zombies that ate them? And at what point does a zombie stop eating a person because they've turned.
I hate zombies.

I think it's the body heat that attracts them. Zombies are dead and therefor not radiating as much body heat. Those zombies that are just a little eaten are the first ones... the poor sap that was surprised when he opened the door for the pizza guy and it's a zombie instead. He take a few bites, the body cools down enough for the zombie to lose interest and move on, and then there's another infected one on the street. The people who are torn to shreds by the giant hoard of feeding dead are being eaten faster than the body cools. Every zombie wants a piece. By the time the body cools, there's not enough left to be a threat zombie-wise. I put too much thought into things like this...

Actually, this was explained pretty clearly in the series - eating another zombie's flesh makes them sick (or about as sick as a zombie gets). It doesn't taste good to them, it doesn't nourish them or stop their hunger, as well.

They probably didn't want to take the chance. He'd probably end up eating all of them instead.

Every movie and TV show seems to have their own rules for zombies. they can vary if they are sick people or dead bodies brought back to life. For zombies infected by a virus, I assume it's because they can smell who's uninfected. The virus probably gives them someway of knowing.
As for zombies brought back through some supernatural force, I'm assuming whatever made them zombies also made them aware of who's a regular human. Plus a living warm human is a much better meal than a rotten corpse.

Supernatural zombies are usually controled by a malefactor, whose will would prevent such chaos. For zombies of natural orgin, it's because shut up.

I think zombies have a sixth sense and have the ability to read brain waves. They understand that those with an elevated brain wave are a source of food. Needless to say animals and other zombies have limited brain waves so they do not attack them.

if a Vampire bit a Zombie, would the Vampire turn into a Zombie, or would the Zombie turn into a Vampire?

If they were to eat both human's and each other they would fall under the classification of "Ghoul".A Ghoul does not care if it's alive or dead just that its flesh.
