I don't mind see a pepe lepew movie on CGI BUT WHY ON THE REAL WORLD? Pretty much this. I'd scoff at a full CGI version, but at the end of the day I'd forget about it and move on. But LIVE ACTION?! Live action with CGI animals almost always sucks. |

Why do they have to keep doing this live-action/CGI mash-up crap??? Do a fully animated movie people! Please, I beg you! Hell, start doing the shorts again (I'd love that).
Now we're going to get a lame movie with actors staring at "something" while horrible CGI versions of the cartoon characters who look all wrong (and don't match the lighting of the scene properly) bounce around, etc...
Since this is 2010, you can bet there will be a scene dealing with his way with women. He'll learn the error of his ways or something...

Eh, got no problem with it. It's not as if he's stealing all the old school Pepe cartoons and chucking 'em in a vault somewhere; they're still there.
Just one more remake I won't bother seeing. No harm, no foul.
I do wonder how they'll get ninety minutes outta the female cat somehow getting white paint on herself leading to cross-species sexual assault hijinks.

The Cat the he constantly harass will be a CGI or a real cat? it will be lame if they decide to use a real cat, the only thing that I realy hated about garfield was that oddie was a regular dog, killing all the charm that the design of the dog had
