In Hollywood its quite a custom to have two actors who work perfectly well together. For me, Roger Moore and Patrick Macnee were both perfect in "Sherlock Holmes in New York" and "A View to a Kill". Macnee was one of the best things about the latter and he worked well with Moore. Another pair that work well is Jeff Bridges and John Goodman. I'd actually like to see another film with the two in it. Any others?

Bud Spencer & Terence Hill, i think the best on-screen team by far, if not they wouldn't have made 17 movies together.
Paul Newman & Robert Redford. Too bad they only made two movies.
