www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZIzeXcNVvxYIn the above clip, how does RVD get a good few feet of air off of solely his head? I mean, a genuine reason. Like, does he use his legs, or what? I still can't figure it out.

It's probably a combination of whipping with his neck and back and pushing off of Dreamer's legs with his arms.

The ring must be really springy there, and he's probably got a very strong neck, along with pushing up with his arms and using his legs for momentum.
