Tyler Rex. Guy is technically on the SD roster, and hasn't been on tv since before ECE ended.

Creative. Wrestling used to have compelling feuds and stories it is so overexposed too. 6 hours a week?

I had Michael Hayes in mind when I clicked....but since the entirety of the creative team is an option....

The following albatrosses need to be disposed of imo for any real change to occur:
Stephanie McMahon – anyone else on earth not related to the boss would have been canned years ago in her position. Her tack record is abysmal. If anything, she should be moved to an end of a company where her business degree can be utilized, because in this role, she’s the Fredo Corleone of the McMahon family.
Kevin Dunn- trapped in the past; no vision; and wants wrestling to desperately be something it’s not.
Johnny Ace. Every mega-star on top right now, bar Taker, was signed by JR. Case closed.
Brian Gerwirtz: The ass-end of the WWE donkey. He’s solely responsible for the TERRIBLE writing in WWE’s promos – specifically Cena’s horrendous comedy.
Can’t fire Vince, obviously. But he’s old as shit and doesn’t have it anymore. In fact, I can’t think of too many senior citizens who have a grasp of popular culture. Hell, they still don’t know how to program their VCRs and those are now obsolete three times over. And to me that’s Vince in a nutshell. What he thinks is quality & relevant is dated severely - no different than the old fart promoters he himself steamrolled almost 30 years ago to start a revolutionary expansion. Dude’s became the very thing he fought to change, a stubborn old imbecile afraid to alter his direction, ideals and direction, clinging to an obsolete model.
Oh, and HHH needs to retire by Wrestlemania 28. He has a good mind for wrestling & appreciates history, but he’s obviously a mark for himself, and the only way to exploit his true expertise, is to have him be far removed from the ring where insecurities and ego would no longer play a part – just business.

If not him, probably MVP or Melina. Not like the latter's got much of a shelf life left anyway, being the longest-lasting woman presently on the roster. Its a no contest. Creative by a country mile.

Aside from creative (which is who I voted for) I'd go after The Bella Twins.
90% of the Diva roster is useless but these two have taken uselessness to a whole new level.

I just realized something: the question says "who would you fire first", not "what would you do first.
Therefore, I would sign Johnny Ace, Hornswoggle and Michael Cole as part of the Creative Team. THEN I would fire their collective asses.

Kevin Dunn- trapped in the past; no vision; and wants wrestling to desperately be something it’s not. This for me. Seems everyone leaving WWE hates this man and blames their current state of affairs on him.

I'm gonna defend Kevin Dunn. He probably has the hardest job in the WWE and their production team has no equal - in any industry. They put together some great video packages and broadcast live shows like no other. It's hard to imagine the WWE being in it's current shape without him.

Johnny Ace seems good at telling people they are fired, I'd keep him.
I'd fire Brie Bella just to see the internet reaction "Why Brie, why not Nikki, why not both?"
