I'd call a talent meeting and say the following.
"Thank you ladies and gentlemen, I'll make this quick. Effective immediately, I'd like to wish the WWE writing staff well on their future endeavors. If this is 'what the world is watching' then I'm about to shake up the world! Somebody hit my James Brown music!"
Followed by a choreographed remake of this

What's the deal with Dunn if I may ask? While Dunn has his good points (hiring their crack production guys for example), he is also primarily responsible for some of WWE's most irritating trends: failed sitcom writers in lieu of knowledgeable wrestling people; the guest host concepts; the ad-nauseam buzz-words like "WWE UNIVERSE" and the Did You Know campaign; the incredibly dated music and unfunny skits; the identical, interchangeable smiling photogenic porn star-looking hiring mold (both male & female alike). But most of all, he's apparently ridiculously adamant about not liking the "wrestling" aspect of the business and has been working for YEARS to minimize it, because he has a secret desire to be seen as a Hollywood-esque Entertainment mogul. Remember Vince’s stupid quote on Off The Record in 1999 of “Let’s find a way to get that wrestling out of there” (speaking of the WWF acronym)? That was a Dunn initiative. (that thank god never happened.). But that said, and while this may go over like a fart in church among certain Anti-Cornette people here, here’s JC’s take on Dunn from an interview:

I really REALLY hate the buzzwords WWE comes up with. I'm a Wrestling FAN not a Sports Entertainment Universe Citizen. Makes me feel like those jerks owe me a phaser.

Are the 7 who voted for John Cena really serious? That's absurd.

Every serious problem in the WWE seems to have "Creative" (Management) as its source. Makes for an easy choice here, IMHO. What do we despise nowadays? Cena's Overpush? That's thanks to Creative. Bland Divas hired while talented others are fired? Creative, natch. Pushing the wrong guys? Creative. Lame attempts at comedy? Creative writes the scripts. You remove the cancer and things out to be healthy again. Great interview from Jim Cornette, BTW.

Firing creative is not going to remove the cancer, unless you include Dunn and removing the McMahons from a position of authority.
And I agree that the interview excerpt was enlightening, as it shows why they want to brand the product they produce as "sports entertainment; it's an easier sell to the sponsors.
